The house is located in a strategic location on the Costa Tropical of Granada, between Motril and Salobreña.

We are halfway between Malaga (60 min.), Granada (45 min.) and Almeria (60 min.). Beautiful places like the Alhambra and the Albaicin, Sierra Nevada, the white villages of Las Alpujarras, the Sierra de Lújar, Salobreña with its Moorish castle, the impressive cave of Nerja, the ecological park of Peñaescrita or the beach of La Rijana are some of the many attractions of this place.

In few places you can enjoy such beautiful views of the sea, while contemplating the snow under the light of a warm sun and a generous temperature of 18 º annual average.
